We're placing our first monitoring stations this fall and looking for founding partner sites.
Who we want to hear from
Municipalities that have planted trees for sustainability targets and don't have outcome data
Green Communities Canada members using the Miyawaki method who want to monitor biodiversity over time
Universities and institutions trying to verify sustainability commitments with real data
Researchers studying urban biodiversity, soundscape ecology, or carbon sequestration
Funders interested in supporting urban forest monitoring infrastructure in Canada
What founding partnership means
We're placing three to four stations this fall at no cost to founding partners. In return, we ask for honest feedback on what the data shows you, what questions it doesn't answer, and what would make it more useful. You help us build the right product. You get real monitoring data from day one.
Based in Montréal
Our team works across McGill and Concordia. Our first station is already in the field near the Concordia Loyola campus, covering Belvédère Terry Fox.
